REFUND POLICY
Cancellation rates: prior to 8 weeks before occupancy = full refund
between 4 weeks and 8 weeks = forfeit 50% of cost
after 4 week before occupancy = forfeit 100% of cost
Booking: Minimum 50% deposit required to hold a reservation
Entire amount due minimum 8 weeks before occupancy

The owner’s of Las Cupulas accept no liability for any theft, injury, death or any other inconvenience due to the use of the property. Guests assume all responsibility for their use of the premises.
