Modern and hip, this collection of three villas can be rented all-together or individually. The casitas are a cool mix of modern and traditional architecture. Enjoy the beautifully crafted brick vaulted “cupulas,” subtle detailing, lush landscaping, and private patios. Each unit has its’ own kitchen, dining, living area, and outdoor patio.
The property has full concierge services through our wonderful management team, including providing airport transportation, check in services, chef and activity recommendations etc.

Las Cupulas was designed to create a private retreat for groups of family or friends. The three casitas are clustered around a shared landscaped terrace that features a pool, lounge area, dining space, and outdoor kitchen with bbq. Each casita is self-sufficient and private, yet connected to a wonderful gathering space where you may cook, eat, relax, and swim!
casa Verde
Casa Verde is a 2-bedroom, 2 bath casita. It is wonderful for small families, couples, or friends traveling together. It has a large kitchen, living, and dining space connected to an outdoor patio. The upper bedroom and bath are open air and have wonderful views. The lower bedroom is cozy and has its own garden patio and air conditioning. The lower bathroom features a great outdoor garden shower. Upper bedroom is open air and is not air conditioned, but receives great breezes and is very comfortable.
casa roja
Casa Roja is a one bedroom casita that sits at the high point of the site, and has a wonderful terrace with great views. It is a split level with living, kitchen and dining below, and a lovely bedroom above which is air conditioned. The outdoor garden shower is a treat.
casa azul
Casa Azul is a one bedroom air conditioned unit all on one level and is adjacent to the pool. It has lush landscaping, two outdoor patios, and a wonderful garden shower. It has a large kitchen, living, and dining space, and ample storage. The view from the kitchen is a magnificent Ficus tree.
